Can I use Dog teeth cleaner for Cat

Hi my Gran daughters Cat, (I am k keeping for her until her mommy gets them a new house) has bad breath, My zazzy has never had bad breath, but the new kitty does. I had some C E T enzymatic  oral  cleaning system for "animals", My sister had it for her dog, my question is can I use it on a cat? If so how do I use it?  I think he has some stomach issues his Bowel movements, are  a little "strong"  smelling. Compared to my zazzy's. So if this does not help , I will take him to the vet, but I was not prepared to take him in;  So  vet "funds" are tight right now. But I took him in rather then let  him go to the SPCA, just because I don't have vet  money right now.  We Love him. So my question is can I use this for the Cat and how? Again it just say's ANIMAL USE NOT DOG OR CAT?

I looked up CET. The only range I can find by that name is made by Virbac. All the CET products on their site are listed for dogs and cats. If in doubt, Google the exact name on the bottle to find the manufacturer's product page and see what is recommended there.
