So she's definitely not a pure bred Maine coon, but I'm thinking she might be a mix? She has fuzzy feet and ears and obviously gorgeous long hair. :] But additionally she fits the personality type to a tee!

She's very outgoing, a total lap kitty. She will never be in a room by herself without a human, she's even learned how to open my door to get in the bedroom. She's over three now but has maintained her young kitten playfulness. If you dare forget to fill up her food bowl she'll grab your ankle when you walk by, but never bites. Extremely patient, I can pick her up at any time and she has no problem with being carried around or moved from rooms. Just a total sweetheart and definitely the smartest cat I've ever had!

But what do you guys think?

Oh and I have a ton more pictures if needed! The one in the car she was terrified to go to the vet and the only way she'd stop moving in the car is if she was right next to me. And most photos she's in mine or my boyfriends lap. Like I said, she just loves her humans! Doesn't have that trademark aloofness of other cats I've had. She's not shy to show she definitely needs us.

Its not easy with mixes.  But with her straigh profile and somewhat triangularish face, I would sooner get a go for a Norwegian Forest Cat - somewhat look alike, than a  MCO:

The colors is tortoiseshell with white.   Or tortie as they say.

Its difficult to tell who is prettier,  Lucy or her owner.   I think I shall compromise, and split the honors.    :)

Good luck!
