this is mr zazzles... hes grey and short furred and has pale green eyes

and this is doom..
.hes fluffier n slighly more long haired than zazzles and appears black but has dark brown patches when the camera flash or sunlight hits his fur... both of these kittens are from the same mother who acidentally got let outside so i dont know what she bred with. they r from her first and only litter of which she only had 4 kittens.. 2 black and then theres zazzles and a smaller grey and white kitten who now lives with my sister but heres what she looks like. unfortunately i no longer have the mother cat jess.. as i couldnt aford to spay her so a vet took her for me as she had lost her cat recently and i was relieved cos at least i know she will be well cared for..

this is rose .. the grey n white kitten           .

Tthe breed is not what they are a little look alike, but its about parentage, as known by papers (compare with pass and birth certificate), or at least, a good solide proven background story.

But it may be fun to speculate, what look alikes they are!

And if they ARE look alikes, their unknown parent WAS perhaps a purebred whom got loose?

For example, your kittens could be half  Russian blue.    Russian blue mixed out often get black.   The the blue is really a diluted black.

What is the mom looking as?   You do perhaps have a pic on her?

I dont see no  RB looks here, although the eyes seems greenish.

But she has the black suit to send further on!   Ie the gene for black..

The third kitten is essentially her colors, diluted black and white.

So I guess, whomever father was, it was he whom had the diluted gene to give to his children.

The vast majority of cats are of no breed. We call them domestic shorthairs/longhairs. So your kitties are domestic shorthairs, although the black guy looks a bit fluffier. He may have gotten his mother's long fur.

I hope you've worked out some way to have the boys neutered before they hit sexual maturity! Tomcat spray is massively unpleasant.
