My 14 year old cat has recently undergone dental surgery which resulted in the removal of 6 teeth. She seems to be recovering well (eating small amounts of food but at least she is eating) but seems to have a permanently watering eye. I'm concerned she may have picked up something else while she was hospitalized? Any ideas? She is also on Fortekor for kidney problems but blood test before the procedure showed a reasonable result.

Thanks

Hi and welcome to TCS! I am so sorry that you had no replies to this. How is she doing now? Still an issue with watering eyes?

I would call the vet and ask.  My vet always calls a few days after an appointment to check up on how things are going and I know I can call them if I have any questions.  Don't be afraid to have a lot of questions and concerns because that's what you pay them for!
