I've just asked a mod to move this to the pregnancy and kitten care forum as I think you may get more experienced help there.

I'd suggest she's missing her mum and siblings (4 weeks is dreadfully young to leave mum). Try giving her appropriate sized (kitten sized) soft toys to cuddle up to, and maybe a cat safe heat pad to simulate some of the warmth she'd get from snuggling up to her siblings. Good luck with her. :vibes:

I agree with Columbine. Good grief, 4 weeks is way too young to be leaving mama. She probably misses her mom and her siblings. Poor baby. She needs a bit of extra TLC. You can try cuddling with her. Spend some time with her at your neck. Rock her.

She's eating and drinking OK? She's using a litterbox OK?

Then you're doing well with her. She's crying because she's lonely; it's difficult for a little one to be taken away from its family and she's just a little thing. Keep cuddling with her and talking to her. Pay lots of attention to her. Be her mama. She needs you. You're doing a good job.

OK, I see you had got adequate advices.  I too would try to express precisely that which was said.

If she ates and drinks OK, they it should improve...   Be sure she ates enough, she shall gain so its visibly almost day for day, over 10 g a day, not less.

If you by any chance can get raw goat milk, its never wrong, especielly for such smalls.  Even if she technically doesnt need it any more, but its still nourishing and healthsome.

Good luck!

Maybe a cuddly stuffed animal or something that makes a noise like a clock wrapped in a towel. Only suggestions. I have read it works with puppies. But I have no experience. I do hope the baby will be okay

Right, you can perhaps yoursel rig up something, make do a stuffed animal of fleece, with a heating pad and a ticking clock inside?

Oh heavens, she's adorable! I can't say how old she is, but that little girl is a sweetie.

Yes, please keep us posted. I'd like to know how she does.
