I was wondering if anyone could answer this question(s). Her stomach is feeling a lot more soft now. Also, i cant even feel the kittens anymore! Is something wrong? She feels like she pregnant but there is no movement and i cant feel anything. However, my parents said that she was pacing frequently last night. She has also been sleeping all day in my closet,in a nesting box, for the first time. Her nipples arent very visible. Shes been eating a little and drinking little. Also, she is very clingy. I went to my friend's house last night and she actually slept in their bed(which is very usual! I may be over reacting but i just wanted to ask.

Alright :)
I think mainly what was freaking me out is that my mom is very certain that she isn't pregnant. She based this of. Of the fact that she couldn't feel the babies. I guess we will wait and see!

Yes! I felt them but never saw them move, Which is probably because she a long hair cat, but she is the only one in my family denying it. None of that matters, just as long as she's healthy and safe :)

Tell her when the kittens dropped you won't be able to feel the kittens very clearly

By the way just wondering, how old are you?

Yesterday Mynx did not make effort to eat. So I brought the food to her and she ate, but a little later she threw it up. Again today, she hasn't eaten.

It happens quite often, they lose the appetite shortly before delivery.  And even do throw up some.   But its touchy, be vigilant if there are more negative symptoms.

I meant, they CAN get sick for real althogh they are high preg.

But it sounds its very nearing, hour for hour.

UNLESS, she isnt not longer pregnant, perhaps aborted and ate up the foetuses.  Seldom, but it happens.   If you, you will know for certain in some days.

Good luck!

Thank you for the information! I just discussed it with my mom,(she was the once who noticed the vomit) and she said it was mainly because of a hairball. However, i am keeping a close eye on her. She doesn't have any symptoms of her kittens being aborted. She is sleeping a lot but will occasionally get up at wander around the house. I will give her a little bit of food and update later tonight!

Also, she is still pregnant. My mom felt her stomach this morning and was able to feel one. Thank you though!

If she is a longer haired cat and normally will vomit a hairball now and then, then it may be all that caused this, if she does not, it's not a bad idea to offer her some warmed up chicken or turkey baby food instead of her normal food.

It's just an easily digested, well loved food to help settle her tummy if it's upset.

We don't want her vomiting more than the one time as it will allow her to get a bit dehydrated.

You can even add a bit of water to the food as well.

Sounds like her time is near!

She hasn't had any symptoms of labor. she has been mainly sleeping all day. She never sleeps in her nesting box. What does this mean?

Hi! I had posted last month about my pregnant cat, wondering how far along she was. She had all the symptoms of being pregnant and she looked pregnant. Her stomach was hard and I had felt a lump. I'm not sure exactly what this "lump" is but it was hard and moved in different places. (Which I felt April 1st). Now, she feels soft and isn't nesting or anything. It's like she was never pregnant. Is she still or did something happen? I heard about kittens re-absorbing but I'm unsure. She didn't have a miscarriage because I've kept a close eye on her. I can understand if it's a false pregnancy, but then why did it feel like a kitten was I her? Thank you in advance.
