Can anyone help me identify the name of this neurological disease? This is the only info I have.

The cat was a stray & had very wide set eyes. A slight cleft palate & nose appeared smooshed. It caused breathing difficulties, so she always sounded like she was snoring when she purred or even just breathed. Really cute.

She was a bit slow & didn't learn well. When she had her 1st litter, she passed out on our deck about 3 days later. When we brought her to the ER we were told she had a rare neurological disorder with a very long name & the vet had only seen in textbooks. He said it usually affects the cat around the age of 1-2 or after the 1st litter. It causes paralysis. There was no known cure or treatment, so we had to let her cross the rainbow bridge. I'd really like to know the name of the disease. This was about 9 years ago. I attached a photo off an old phone. Sorry for the bad quality.

Her name was CoCo. Her sister, niece & nephews now live with me :)
