Orphaned kittens care questions

Hey yall, so I have three orphaned kittens I found at my Husbands mechanic sop last Thursday. I waited hours for mama but se did not return so I cat-napped them. They are eating absolutely perfectly however waking up ever three hours is killing me. Luckily I work where I live so I can take breaks and fed them, however my question is: Is there anything that can help with me being so tired? I work full time and I think my brain has stayed home all week lol. I love them and I wont not feed them just need to know if I can take any vitamins or something to assist with this.

Also, there eyes are starting t o open now, should be fully open by tomorrow as they started yesterday. Should I move their feeding schedule to every 4 hours or keep it at 3? I only ask s most of the time their bellies are still so full after three hours they can only eat a little bit more and then after I assist them to pee they fall asleep in my hand as I am cleaning them.

Is there anyone that is willing to help you? A spouse maybe? A kid that old enough to help with them?
