Hey, fellow cat lovers!! My baby Samantha (Sam) is Pregnant...we think she has most likely 2 days!! She has been in and out of the nesting spot for the past few days!! The kittens are really jumpy and I can see them move inside of her!! She has been acting like she was starved every time I gave her food for the past week and today she barely has an appetite. She is becoming more and more affectionate...but has "mood swings", I will be petting her and she will be VERY happy purring VERY loud and then she will just spring up and have nothing to do with me. Do you think it is because she is uncomfortable?? She is also very restless and is very vocal, considering she hardly ever meows. Again, we think about 48 hours but she may have a week or so...whenever it is they better get here soon!!! If you have any advice or anything comment please!!!

Sounds likes she nearing :)

For the first two weeks, don't bother them too much, weigh them at birth and everyday and record in a notebook or something
When they 2-3 weeks old start socializing them but keep it short like 5 minutes as they get older you can do it longer, expose them to everything, just don't scare them to death, hairdyer, people, tv, anything you can think of

If she let you rub her belly keep doing it because it helps her

If you have any questions feel free to ask

Thank you mwallace056!! I think she may have them really soon...she WILL NOT stop meowing!! She won't let me sleep!! LOL!! We are keeping her in my room so she won't hide them or anything. I think we have everything ready!! This is her first litter and I think she is kind of stressed...I just can't wait for babies!! I'm soooo impatient!!

Our vet isn't a very good one. She didn't even seem to care to tell us if Sam was pregnant or not. She would just wanted us to spend more money! We have the second option, but I don't know if it's open very late. If she does have them late at night, and she has problems, what should I do?

some vets have emergency care or after hours, i would check if your vet does. There may be a emergency clinic near too.

Still no babies!! I'm hoping they'll be here soon! I just can't wait! She's not as hyper as she usually is. Usually she's walking around the room pacing and jumping up on my bed and down again. Today she's just laying here sleeping. Does that mean she's close to labor? Or should I be worried?

Also, how do you change your profile on here? I wanted to be a picture of my cats but I can't figure out how to do it. I am doing this on my phone, so I don't know if you can that way. But if you can PLEASE tell me hell!
