Welcome to TCS

do you have a nesting box for her? If you can make a few nesting boxes so she can choose which one and put them varies places in the house, anywhere is fine just as long it calm, peaceful, won't be brother and the most importnant is that she feel safe and feels her kittens are safe. You can use a scale like a electric kitchen scale to weigh them in grams, weigh them at birth and everyday, around the same time each day and keep a record in a notebook or something of their weighs. As a just in case she don't produce milk or produce enough or don't produce right away or whatever I suggest getting a good kmr, our experts recommends kmr by petag but any milk replacer will do or you can use goat milk, raw goat milk is best and if they didn't need it, you can drink the goat milk yourself

The prematured kitten worries me, do you know when she got pregnant? 58 days is minimum if she have them before that they may or may not make it, even at 58 their survival rate is going to be tough.but they got a better chance

2 to 3 weeks old you can start socializing them, keep it short at first as they get older you can take them out the box longer. At 10 to 12 weeks old rehome them. It not much different from raising puppies

How old is your kitten?

I think a vet trip should be in order, to make sure everything is alright

If you have questions feel free to ask

She does still has kittens inside?   If so, they may still be delivered, healthy and whole, in their proper time, a couple of days later.   Such pauses arent unique, several hours or even several days.

If the mom is OK, no visible problems, she is calm, etc, you can wait and see.  Be vigilant and observant, the situation is touchy, but you dont need to panic.

But if she is in any visible distress, do contact your vet.  Phone at least.

Re a vet visit "just if" - if she hasnt visible problems, but you want to check out anyway, and get advice.   This is of course good and  to play it safe BUT  it depends in part if you do have access to a good vet who is knowleable in obstetrics.   Many are not.  They can do a decent emergency cesarean, but if they dont use to cooperate much with breeders, or a rescue, they prob wont have much clue about the finer points of obstetrics.

And not about helping weak kittens either, btw.

The danger is, you come in, and he does a ceaarean because he can, and perhaps think, its what you expect of him.

The moms life will be saved, all right, but the kittens if premature, they will be killed or at least, endangered.   Kittens manage very badly premature deliveries, unlike human babies.  As MWallace hinted and you yourself saw.

That is the most improtant for now, I think.   MWallace gave also some helpful and useful info.

Please come with reports and further questions as soon as you do have them.

Good luck!
