hi I have an outside cat that just had about 3 week old kittens and today I heard a crash and I saw that a slab of metal I had outside had fell on one of them and there was a lot of blood and obvious head injury and so we took the kitty inside and we have it resting but it's not in a good condition and is barely breathing and we really don't have the time or money to get it to a vet so I'm not really sure what to do to somehow help other than let it rest and see if it makes it??

call a local rescue group or humane society/spca.
or call your animal shelter. around here, they will come out for an injured animal. better to be put down than to suffer.

Kitten needs to get to a vet ASAP!! Prognosis sounds poor. And, if money truly is an issue, the most humane thing you can do is euthanize. No sense in letting the kitten suffer.
