Sick cat

Can a 2nd round of shots help an already sick cat. He has an upper respiratory infection

If it is viral, no.  Usually I give L-Lysine to build up the immune system, it really helps with these kind of infections too. You can get it as treats on Amazon. You should call your vet and ask what can be done, SOMETIMES the antibiotic needs to be given for a longer time, or steroids are needed. Good luck and keep us posted!
