It sounds like the birth will be very soon. There is no definite way to be able to tell from a picture how many she'll have.

We have a good collection of articles in the Cat Health section which you can access by scrolling up to the brown bar, clicking on Articles, and then choosing the Cat Health section and scrolling through the choices. To make this super easy for you, I am copying the links regarding birth, delivery and newborns for you here. After reading this information, let us know if you have any more questions. And good luck with your approaching new arrivals.

And also:

Given what you've said I would not under any circumstances give the cat back to the previous owner. Please get her spayed as soon as a vet gives the okay after the birth.

Unfortunately as mwallace correctly says we can't tell you exactly when it will happen but her time is probably close. Keep a close eye on her for now, and that is really all you can do unless she seems in distress in which case a vet should be consulted.

Vibes!

She had delivered a alive kitten, as you think it may be the afterbirth?   HOW big is this sack?    Im wondering if this could be a deformed foetus inside.

OK, I see your answer, so its not a foetus, and IF its verry deformed, never meant to live.

I think it's a deformed fetus is well. Just keep an eye on the other births

I through that but because at first I through it was the plug I put it in the bin but I've since checked through the whole bin and all I can see is a small piece of fleshy stuff and looks like it been opened and some things come out of it but I can't find any thing else like a kitten I've checked 3 times
