Currently I'm giving my cat [emoji]128049[/emoji] the GNC Lysine chewables. He likes them but I'm not to hip on the extra additives. I'm sure a more pure form would be better .

For flare ups or outbreaks, it 1000mg, for maintenance it 500mg a day, 250mg in the morning and 250mg at night

To boost immunity mainly. Just found out he has a small asthma problem too. Noney got a really bad cold which compounded with his asthma, poor guy. Since then he's much better. Have him on GNC Lysine and Amazapet for the asthma. I noticed he sneezes here and there also. So just want to keep colds and allergies at bay. Also have a high end air purifier due to arrive this week.

We use VitaCost brand.  I've used NOW brand in the past.

1/4 t = 500 mg
