Can you tell us more about your cat?  How old is your cat?  Male or female? Neutered/spayed?  How many litter boxes do you have and what sort of box and litter do you use?

Not new behavior and I got a small space so I don't think that another box wud do any justice also when her box hasn't been cleaned she does that more it's probally just because I'm gone when she wants me there I pay a lot of attention to her but I don't know what to do when she does this behavior

I would suggest non scented cat litter, some smells can be a bit over powering for a cat.

perhaps try it for a week and see if it helps.

Also moving the litter box around without having a certain place for it to be at all times for you cat I have heard can cause this problem too.

You have to remove the pee smell completely from everything the cat has peed on.  There are some sprays with enzymes that do this.  I wouldn't use scented litter either. It sounds like she is marking her territory or she might feel insecure when you leave. If she won't stop doing it, I would lock her in the room with the litter box when you leave the house.  And make sure the litter box is completely clean.
