I dont think there is anything safe for really new born.

Some Pyrantel poamate preparates are pretty mild, alike the  swedish Banminth is renown, and can be used from 2+ weeks on healthy kittens.

but I suppose most Pyrantel preparates.

The all round preparete of Milbomax is too supposed to be able to use on kittens 2+ weeks.

Good luck!

ps.  I know it had happened desperate people used dewormers earlier, but this does has its risks.

Sabrinalejo, the dewormer I used with these babies is based on Pyrantel, and it was a very very small dose. It was a desperate attempt to save these kitties. It worked but it should be only used with newborn kitties when there is nothing else to do and when we know with certainty that they will die otherwise. No veterinarian will tell you to do that... I speak from experience, I have been volunteer in a shelter almost 9 years...

Let us know how is your newborn baby? The best of luck to him.
