Our cat just started walking on his back legs after surgery to have some teeth removed.  He also had an inflammation in his gums which was benign and was removed.  But once he came home from surgery, we noticed the change in his gait and walking-dragging  his back hindlegs.  Could it have anything to do with the anesthesia?.  He has a massive amount of blood work and everything was normal.  He is a rescue cat but is approximately 13 years old.

I think it due to the anestheia because when my cat got sprayed, she had a hard time walking on all fours like she was drunk but as time went on she gor better so just wait a day and see if he improves

When the cat walks, does it look like the image on the right of this picture?

Or

Walking on the hocks indicates muscle weakness. It's common in diabetic cats but you say that bloodwork was done and everything is normal. There are likley other medical conditions with this as a symptom. I would call the vet and let him / her know about the unusual gait and see what the vet says. If the vet says to keep an eye on the cat for the next few days, do that and definitely bring the cat to the vet if there is no improvement or seems to be getting worse.
