I recently adopted a couple of russian blues who love to play fight like normal kittens. I noticed a couple a red scratches on one's ear. I am not sure if it came from the fighting or not but it possibly did. This is what it looks like now. i have a flight to catch in a bit and not sure what to do.

Could be a fungal or bacterial infection. You should take her to the vet just to be sure. Use a cone if she's scratching to prevent her from reopening her wounds. Neosporin without the pain reliever is fine to use, as is hydrocortisone to help with itching.

If no infection: and it itches- use the cone (to let it heal), and ask the vet for a cortisone spray that you can apply to the area. That helped my cat that scratches behind her ears due to "spring-fever". Only to stop the cycle of itching.
