older car been scratched on nose

We have two year old female and 3 month old male. We woke this morning to lilly havingva scratched nose dried blood and her white fur on upper lip tinged pink. Best method for cleaning her up without stressing her? Shes insured so if she seems worse i will be going to our out of hours vets
