Pregnant Sphynx

Hi guys, I have had my Sphynx cat for a year now. Just last week she was bred. When she was in heat 2-3 weeks ago for her first cycle when I started noticing hard rings around all of her nipples. I have attached a photo above of her nipples. I have done some research online but I keep getting different answers. Has anyone had this happen to their Sphynx before? Is this normal when they are in heat for the first time?

My sphynx had the same thing the first time I bred her. She carried her kittens to term but ended up with a litter of stillborns and a uterine infection. She is just fine now and is currently pregnant with her second litter. She is due in 3 weeks.

Did she end up being pregnant?
