Does she have another box? If she refuses to use a soiled box (understandably), you could try an automatic litter box or take what I consider the easier route and offering a second litter box. The general rule of thumb is one litter box per cat + one extra, so one cat would have two. This works especially well for cats who don't like to use soiled boxes while you're away, or who prefer to keep their pee and poop separate from each other.

Don't forget to clean her soiled spots outside of the litter box very well with an enzymatic cleaner. If you use regular cleaners, her smell could still be there and quite obvious to her, so she may choose to reuse the same spots she's soiled before.

If cats have the option, chances are they'll do fine with both. Just put the same litter she normally uses in both boxes and she'll catch on quickly!

Anytime! Please let us know how it goes.

I also want to add, if she's only peeing out of the box regularly but poops in there without issue, and the second box doesn't end up resolving the issue, I would recommend a vet visit to make sure she isn't in any discomfort when urinating. Something that is unfortunately common in cats is urinary tract infection, and one of the symptoms a lot of people see is inappropriate urination or very small puddles when they can only get a little bit out at a time. If they strain and feel pain when trying to use the litter box to pee, they'll associate that pain with the litter box and choose to go elsewhere. It may not be the case here, but food for thought in the event she may not just be picky. But I'm hoping she's just being picky because UTIs are no fun!
