Cat won't get preggy, need advice

Our female ragdoll is in heat for 3 months are. Male cat has lost so much weight trying to get her pregnant. All symptoms of good pairing after are there, she is rolling around on the floor. Male cat has been proven to pair successfully with our second female cat.

At first we thought that she got pregnant as her nipples got bigger and she increased in size but she is in heat again...

Any ideas on options we have?

I'm not sure you are in the right forum, you should perhaps be in the "showing and ethical breeding" forum.  I'll ask a Mod to take a look.

I am sourcing out some advice so that I can go to the vet with some idea. Professionals with diplomas don't always help. thought maybe someone may know something from previous experience.
