just wondering if anyone has had an ultrasound for their pregnant queen and if they were accurate on dates and number of kittens any experience would be great my cat is having one tomorrow and wanting to know how reliable they are
You can surely compare them with ultrasound as for humans. Quite reliable. But you wont get exact dates no, if it is what you mean. As almost always, it will be quessing. Although a vet experienced in obstetrics will of course have a better guess than a newly examined vet specialized on large animals.
