Hello! I have a 7 month old kitten that I got spayed on Monday, about 5/6 days ago--she has an e-collar but I took it off so she could sleep comfortably and she started cleaning herself and pulled out her bottom stitch--the only bleeding that occurred was from the scab that was around that stitch. I've cleaned the area with a q-tip (just in case) and put some neosporin on it and put her e-collar back on. There was no bleeding like I said, other than the scab that was around the stitch, and the rest looks closed up.  Should I just keep a close eye on it until I'm able to get in touch with her vet? I'm not sure if anyone has had anything similar to this.

Thanks!

Yes..
Hopefully that photo worked? Anyways.. the stitch she pulled out was near the bottom.. you'll see a little scab blob and a pink line that crosses it... I've just cleaned it for her and that scab blob came off and the whole area is sealed. She seems fine, eating, drinking, just resting a lot. The rest of her scabs and stitches seem fine as well (although I'm sure the photo might not look that way) No redness or swelling either.. so no worries. Rang her vet this morning they just said as long as it doesn't open and it's not gapping and all that then things should be fine... but if puss starts happening or it gets irritated and really sore looking to bring her in. Aww.. poor kitten :( I hate this part in owning a pet, it's like the days cant come fast enough until she's fully healed.

I would take her back to wherever she was spayed just as a precautionary measure!
