Definitely last week. She is small. I'd actually say she's towards the end of her last week so keep her confined, start staying up a little later check on her before you go to bed, then first thing in the morning and periodically throughout the day. I've never seen a cat start to finish labor/contractions/birth in less than 8 hours. If you are keeping an eye on her and looking for changes in her behavior and body you will catch it and be able to keep an eye on her. If this is her first litter she will definitely tell you when. Keep her relaxed ditch the thermometer and keep an eye her. You'll have kittens in a few days

One way to be sure is to gently feel her stomach if she is in the last couple days she will feel as if she's got ROCK HARD lumps and you will see them make sharp almost rotating movements in her in her belly not like the usually soft lumpy movements you've been used to feeling for the last couple weeks.

I think taking kitty to the vet just for a quick check would help ease your worrying @Rukia222. Also, good to have a vet you feel comfortable with in the event something doesn't go as planned.

Keep us updated!

She Has since then given birth to three babies who are ten days old that's who I was referring to as having a mother cat when our stray showed up but they get along just fine and I think I'm found guilty to keep both girls and eve is going good to be spayed next week it's only thirty bucks I never knew it was so cheap even more if a reason why more people should fix kitties

I am so glad to hear things went well with her having her kittens, and that she will be spayed soon so life should become less stressful for her.  Three kittens is cute, not too many to completely exhaust their mom but enough for them to play together.  Hope they are all growing nicely and when your other litter of kittens arrive that they are all able to get along well.  You will be exhausted with looking after both your momma cats and helping them through their labour and kitten care.  Fingers crossed all goes equally well for your young stray cat too when her time comes.

Thank you so much I will post pics of the three here in a few and our stray is still hanging in there anytime though her bloody show came last night and she has dropped considerable but no labor signs other than purring

  Mini blue kitties.
Way cute!    I love them.    Oh boy, if all goes well with this coming litter you are going to have one house full of trouble...

Any progress today?

Took citas temp again at noon today and its 99.2 slightly higher than last night but no labor its been three days since her bloody show and two days since her temp drop I really hope we have babies tonight. I know I've read that after her bloody show labor should start within 36 hours well its been over that and no sign of anything (sad face)

Try to stay calm for her but keep checking.  Hopefully she is simply taking her time and kittens will arrive shortly, but if she looks distressed or unwell then you will know to call the vet.

I will be looking out for news.

Thanks so much she's totally acting fine she is still eating though not as much babies are moving though not as much no milk yet and she's shedding like crazy I brushed her and I can't believe she even has hair left lol when we got her I could already feel babies moving little pops here and there and she was big now she's huge one side looks bigger than the other I've had her for 20 days and have been able to feel and see kittens the day we for her I could barely make out movement so I'm assuming they might have just started moving within a day or two before she came to us. I know I'm reiterating a lot here I'm sorry just scared for her now
