7 US.  They used to be a 6, but old age is causing them to spread (same as the rest of me lol).

U.S. 8 to an 8-1/2 Wide

A few years ago, I went into a shoe store to buy a pair of walking shoes. The shoe person measured me and said that I needed a size 10. Say what? Well, he measured more across the foot rather than from toe to heel and said that I needed the extra comfort of a size 10. And so I bought a pair New Balance shoes, size 10. After falling flat on my face (outside, I might add) three times, I threw the shoes in the closet, where they've been ever since. Size 10, my foot. (Sorry for the pun)

It's very different from brand to brand. Some brands I can wear a US 5 womens, some brands I can wear a US 5 childrens, but I tend to hover around US 6-8, sometimes wide.

It depends on the shoe.  Having kids really messed up my feet!  In sandals I usually can wear a 10 but I can go up to an 11 sometimes.  For closed shoes I generally need an 11 and wide.  Its difficult to find shoes in the stores now.  Especially cute shoes!  Lately I've been wearing my New Balance running shoes everywhere.  They are comfy!
