My roommates cat just got fixed 6 days ago, and her incision is looking a little bit infected to me. Just wanted to see what you guys thought. She has had her cone on for the most part of those 6 days, with the exception being when she eats. We did notice her start to lick them, and then we would put the cone back on right away. We do have another cat, and there is also a possibility that he could have licked them as well. Anyway, this is what the incision looks like today.. Also she is still eating and drinking lots, and playing. you can see at the bottom of the incision, and through the middle there is pus coming out..

I'd go to the vet if it looks like that after 6 days... In that picture, it looks as if the wound is reopening...Since you have another cat, I'd seperate her in another room with water, food, and litter box for a while.

Definitely looks infected, it should be a little more closed at this point as well, make sure to get the cat to the vet.
