What recipes have you made from TCS Cookbook?

I'd be curious to see what recipes have been tried in the cookbook and if you would like to recommend them to everyone. I see a lot of yummy looking recipes, want to try them all, but don't know where to start.

I made one of mine the other night - Beef in Wine Sauce. It is my personal favorite of all the entrees that I submitted.

Anyone else try some and like them?

LOL Amy I just posted in the cookbook thread about a recipe I tried last night. I agree that there are so many in the book that sound good and I can't wait to try. Last night I chose the Chicken Surprise (I think in full it's Uncle Richie's Chicken Surprise?) submitted by lakeriedog and it was awesome! I highly recommend it and will definitely be making it again.

Good thread I'm curious too what recipes people have tried so far! I've got ground beef to use for dinner tonight so I'm going to search and see what I can find using that!

I made Coca Maui's Southern Corn Bread to go with the chili tonight. That was DELICIOUS!!! I recommend it to everyone out there!!
