Taking her to the vet for a check up and deworming is newer wrong, and even recommended.  - You should deworm her anyways, and  get advice on what dewormers are suitable and safe for high pregs.

And yes, they can be in heat althogh preg.  Theoretically they shouldnt, but in practice its not unusual.   There are even examples of them carrying two different litters at the same time. Delivering them several weeks apart, and with a little luck, both entirely healthy.    So, they can have a heat for real, its not they simulating it.   :)

So, visit the vet for a check up and advices for deworming, but you dont need to do a crash emergency vist for these heat symptoms.  They are normal and rather harmless.

Im sending in some of our links.

But please, come with reports and further questions as soon you need and want.  Usually here is somebody who will try and answer.

Good luck!

Red nipples can also be a sign of heat, so if that's the biggest pregnancy sign she has, you might want to recheck on the pregnancy ;)
