My cat is constantly hungry. I'll feed her an entire can of her food and within  about 30 mins or so, shes in my lap and meowing as loud as she can in my face! If I get up, she runs straight to her bowl. So most of the time, I'll give her a little more food. But then it seems like she's gorged herself like crazy and she'll start vomiting. EVERYWHERE!! If she's running to her bowl everytime I get up and meows at me like she's hungry, I wanna be able to feed her. But I don't want her vomiting everywhere either. She's about 5 yrs old. She's been spayed. She's an inside cat. And she's had no health issues so far.. Can anyone tell me what's going on with her?! Thanks in advance!

She needs to be seen by a vet. I had a cat with the exact same issues but 30 years ago cat vets weren't that common and I never found the issue. I now think she had a weak pyloric valve or something. To vomit this much isn't good for your cat.

I agree.  She needs to be seen by a vet.  Could be a number of issues but you need to have it checked out.
