Help! new cat owner!

2 weeks ago we rescued a cat (9months old from rspca). She was quite thin and sstarting to put a bit of weight on now. At night times She keeps going to the toilet whereever she caN in the house. She is litter trained and is using it . she's had a round of anit biotics and new degestion food (took her to the vet as poos were running and smelled horrific) . Tummy is still not right, smell has gone but still a bit runny. Help !

Basically she needs more intervention from a vet.  Fecal tests, possibly more antibiotics (Metronidazole?) or possibly diet change.  Before you get to a vet ypou could try and calm her tummy down with human baby food, chicken stage one only and see if that helps, but this is hard to manage on your own, you need professional help.
