My cats about 9-10 months old, I was told he shoukd start losing his baby teeth around 5-6 months. I never noticed any fall out, which I know is normal, but I also noticed he has little tooth numbs, like no more than a mosquito bite size, right near the front. They haven't grown, or changed at all. I'm debating going to see my vet, I'd hate to go in and it be nothing.
Any ideas?

They usually swallow them, so you never see them unless their adult teeth grow out over the baby teeth and the baby teeth don't fall out.  We actually found one of my cats' teeth when he was a kitten and I have it in the jar where I save their whiskers.
