Leonard Nimoy

I loved Spock. I always loved Spock. And I always thought Leonard Nimoy was an amazing man. May he rest in peace.

I was shocked to hear this.. kind of thought Spock was beyond death. That he would be around forever....sigh..

Leonard Nimoy lived up to the character...and lived life by the character...a great accomplishment...

All I can say is: "Live Long and Prosper"...

Just heard...sigh. COPD...sucks.

Yes, may he shine with the stars and look down on us and smile.   He also appeared in a music video for "the Bangles--Going Down to Liverpool" (back in the 80s).  His facial expressions were always unique.   I loved watching Star Trek growing up. 

I got a little teary-eyed myself when I found out. I really liked this man.

i also felt very  bad when hearing this.  I was a huge fan of the original Star Trek and a huge fan of both Shatner and Nimoy.  I never watched any other Star Treks that followed.  RIP Mr. Nimoy.

I completely agree. I was a huge follower of the original Star Trek and probably saw every episode at least 10 times. Just loved Leonard Nimoy and his portray of Spock. Spock once came back from the dead in a later Star Trek episode . Wish it could happen in real life.

MeTV is doing a special on him tonight at 8:00. I just got a passing glimpse of the commercial last night. Not sure but I think they're going to show some episodes of tv shows that he was in. I remember seeing him one time in an old Twilight Zone episode.

Last night, MeTV's Star Trek epi was "Amok Time", when Spock had to return to Vulcan for the mating time.
