Hi there,
I have a question and I hope I can explain it well, since English isn't my native language and I don't even know how to explain this clearly in my own language.
I adopted a cat called Lily half a year ago. She was first a stray cat, and came into the shelter with her 5 kittens of one week old. It was the second time she got kittens, in a short time. I took her and her kittens home as I am a foster mommy and eventually I have decided to keep the mother. So she has been through a lot. She also had to go to the vet several times for some operations. Thankfully she is healthy now. But what strikes me is that her coat/skin is a bit shocky,, as if something is on her coat. (on her back) Just like horses have when there is an insect on their body. It is often only one or two times and then it's over. But I see it every day. She does not have fleas. Could this have to do with stress? Or can I do something to help her in terms of medication or shampoo? She is recently checked by the vet and her blood is checked, so I do not really think it is a sort of disease or something.
Could it be an allergy or something else?
I am sorry I just don't know the right word in English - nor in my own language.. is it called a shock or a vibration or something? Anyway I hope you'll get me
