A friend of mine made it for me. I joined a fourm that uses Jasc Paint Shop Pro software (no I am not affiliated with them) and they make what they call Siggys. I am in the process of learing to make them.

When I get the knack of it I will let you know. You can go to Jasc online and download a 30 day free version as I did and attempt to make some.

I think it will be a bit before I am good, will let you know. She made this one too.
