Well, I was suppose to have taken Cami in today to get spayed but due to the fact that its snowing like crazy here, I had to reschedule til next Wed. I think she may be out of heat for now as she is not as vocal & doesn't seem to be doing the horny dance anymore so hoping she will not go back in before she goes in to get spayed. Getting ready to clip Raven's nails which he hates & so do I as its a real struggle trying to hold him still while clipping his nails.

Bummer that you weren't able to get Cami in, but unfortunately no one can control the weather.  Hopefully Raven is already neutered so there won't be any unplanned for kittens in the near future.

I know what you mean about clipping nails.  Darko is usually ok with it, but the other two, forget it.  We have someone else come over and do it

You'll get her in soon, I"m sure!  They can go into heat in about 2 weeks after the initial heat cycle ends.  Make sure your vet knows that she's just completed a heat cycle and you need to get her in ASAP.

Oh yes, everyone in our household is spayed & neutered. Working for my vet for 40 yrs, that was a top priority as they are way too many unfortunate pets out there that are producing more unwanted pets & its a very sad situation. Cami has an apt to get spayed next Wed. Hopefully, all this snow & ice will be gone by than.
