fancy is sick

For the past days Fancy has not been OK. Her and Midnight are kinda getting along now, but Fancy has been throwing up food and hairballs, she is coughing and has bad acne scars on her neck.
She isn't eating much either and normally she wolfs all food down and asks for more.

I am very concerned

More information: Fancy is a one year old tortoiseshell. She was rescued from the streets in december and ended with me as I wanted a companion for Midnight.
She is female, not spayed yet- will be spayed end of this week. For the first weeks she was here I thought she was pregnant because she ate so much
 

You probably need her checked by your vet. Also if shes ill then you won't be ab;e to have her spayed untill shes well.

Acne can be cleaned with diluted hydrogen peroxide or with SpectroJel and warm water. Its gross at first, but cleaning it out will help it to heal. Sounds like she definitely needs to see the veterinarian, though, sooner rather than later.

ok so i got her a hairball solution and administered twice- and already she coughs a lot less.
Lots of brushing and she is suddenly better- she ate Changed her bowl too. Vet on Friday because that's when I have money.
