Shout out to all of you!

To say I have bad luck on forums would be a huge understatement. After being on here, I am so happy I joined! Everyone who's comments I have read (on mine and others' posts) have given great advice and were extremely nice about it! This is the only forum I have been part of where the members seem to truely are about eachother's feelings. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for being the amazing people you are, towards people and pets. :grphug2:

We're so happy to have you here! Thank you for the sweet compliments--TCS members are an amazing group of people--kind, helpful, intelligent, talented, caring, and funny--and so many other things.  I belong to other forums, but this has always been my favorite--you're like a family to me.

Welcome! We're glad you joined, too!  This is a great forum. Everyone came here initially because of one thing in common- we all love cats (and probably needed help or advice about something) but the camaraderie between the members is what keeps most of us here. That and we really love out cats!! We love talking about them, posting pics of them but we do talk about other stuff as well. We do get trolls every now and then but we are fortunate that our fearless leader @Anne has a great team of mods in place to help her keep them at bay for the most part. When one slips through the cracks every now and then, they never stay very long and we go back to normal. There's a stigma out there in society against cats and the people who love them and this forum is our safe haven. Someone can have 4 or 5 dogs and people are like, "oh that's cool" but replace those dogs with 4 or 5 cats and now you're "crazy". 

plus, this is the most international forum i have been on.

I love TCS as well. I've noticed that this forum and one of the dog breed forums I'm on have such wonderful & supportive members

MUCH different than some of the other forums I've been on!!
