Nose Colour Change

Hi,

I've noticed in the last few days that my cat's normally black nose has turned white around the edges of the nostrils and towards the centre of his nose.

He has showed no other signs of illness or pain.

I will be taking him to a vet to have this looked at, but in the meantime I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue with their cat before, and if anyone knows what the cause may be?

I'm not a vet, or an animal expert for that matter, but it could be Vitiligo.  It's a skin condition where pigment is lost.  Michael Jackson had it.  If it is Vitiligo, it's not harmful.
