Strongest was History, there is a really marketable thing for the job market.

Worst of the academics was all math but geometry and Trig, for some reason I picked up those two easily but not algebra or calculus.

I also despised gym.  I am not at all athletic and I dreaded gym every day.

Strongest everything except all types of math, and chemistry (just the math part).

Ironically, I wound up being pretty good in math when related to business.  Too bad they don't test that LOL. Once it wasn't so abstract, I was able to understand it better.

Strongest: Communications technology/media studies, English, French, Japanese

Weakest: Calculus. I could do all other maths, but I'm not sure if it had something to do with the teachers, the timing in my life, or the content itself but calc never stuck well.

I would say art was one of my strongest, but I never had a single good art teacher in high school and none in elementary school were specialized. I excelled, but I wouldn't call myself academically strong by any artistic standards.

I think Calculus is tough for all but the geek types whose minds think in that way.  My dad was very good in Math, he majored in electrical engineering but he said he put more time into Calculus then any other class in college.  He said he would see people who got so into trying to figure out something in Calculus that he would see then pick up their  book and look underneath it.  I even had difficulties with graphing which I think is like the pre-requisite to Calculus.

Strongest: Science and Info Tech

Weakest: Gym and Math

Actually where I grew up I had the option to drop Phys ed after grade 9 and Math after grade 10. I ended up taking Math all the way through high school, even though I royally suck at it, and i didn't have to, i just figured it was something I would need after. Although I could not drop gym fast enough...lol

Strongest: Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, Chemistry, Algebra, Trigonometry

Weakest: Gym, just because I hated it, Geometry (my mind did not work that way) My dad was a welder/engineer so he would lay out pieces of metal then the equations would make sense in a real life prospective.

My strongest subjects were World History and US History. I loved everything about it. A weird thing I learned was if taking a test and didn't remember the answer, sometime I could think back about the book and the pages and find where the answer was on the page in my mind. I know, that is weird and I don't know what that is called.

My weakest subject was math. I had a real hard time with it and didn't understand why. But since I have been an adult, I realize now that I probably had a mild dyslexia because I transpose numbers often.

Strongest: English, English Lit and Biology (I just loved Biology). I had straight 4's (A's) in those subjects.

Weakest: I had to take Home Ec and got a 1 (which was a D).Got a D in Shorthand, too (because I kept falling asleep in class after lunch). In fairness to myself, though, I was also pregnant and pooped all the time.

I took the Business curriculum because I thought I'd never go to college. So when I finally did enroll at a local university, I had to have some math classes under my belt. I couldn't take College Algebra because I had never had it in high school. But thanks to my son, I taught myself Algebra, just enough so that I could CLEP out of the College Algebra requirement (CLEP meant that I could pass an exam and then not have to take the course). I could have never done it had it not been for my son, who very patiently got me through the courses on my own (even though there was days when I know he wanted to smack me silly).

(I remember I had to take a Social Studies/Geography class when I was in 8th Grade. My SS teacher was wonderful and I really liked her. Years later, she saw my mother and asked Mom how I was doing. She knew that I had gotten pregnant and she was so upset; she always said I had "potential". Anyway, Mom told her that I was (finally! at the age of 40!) in college and that I was studying Geography with Environmental Planning. My teacher started to cry; she said that was absolutely wonderful, that it took me long enough, and that she wished me all the best.)

Strongest was shorthand and typing.
Weakest was the rest.
sigh. A very bad student. One of these non-tryers.
They all said 'could do better if she tried.'
At the age of 8 a teacher asked how I could be my sister's sister. She's so clever and you're so stupid. So I stayed with stupid.
what was stupid was not telling my dad.
