Just temporarily though.

There was a poor female cat that has been wandering around campus for a couple of weeks now and she is very loving. Some of the people that live in the dorms have been feeding her.
Well,we ended up with her down at our vet building yesterday, but we are alomst out for the semester so someone will have to take her home. And this will most likely be me.LOL.Another girl said something about taking her with her,but I don't know that she will,so I am picking her up tomorrow if the other girl don't take her.
I am going to foster her until we start back into the new semester and then I will take her back to school, get her spayed, and find her a home.We tested her today and she is healthy.
My poor kitties are going to end up hating me for bringing in another cat.LOL.

Bless you for taking her in, even if it's just temporarily. With the weather turning wintry, I am sure she'll appreciate a nice warm place to sleep.

Good luck with the intros. I just went through that here, introducing my 2 "fosters" (ha ha, I know I can't part with them) to the rest of the gang.

LOL.I have convinced myself that I am NOT keeping this cat for good.

I have it in my head that she is JUST temporary and as soon as she gets spayed next semester, she is going to find a home. Now if that actually happens....

I think my cats will adjust ok if this cat doesn't come in and try to be boss.
I have still not been able to let the white cat I took in for the elderly lady loose with the rest of my cats. She has a BAD attitude.LOL.

You truly are an angel for helping out these cats and taking them in to your home, even if just temporarily.
And I'm sure she will be quite happy to be in a warm home with a person there for loves for your break from school.

Well, she is here.I have been keeping her in the bathroom when I can't watch her.I took one of my laid back kitties in there to see how she acted with other cats and she started licking him.LOL.I let her out while ago for the first time to let her check out the rest of the house. Some of my cats hissed at her and she hissed back, but no swats were exchanged.I have been letting her out for a little bit at a time and when I see she is getting upset at the cats I put her back up.I think she is just overwhelmed by all these kitties.LOL.
I am thinking though that she will adjust pretty good because she doesn't seem to be a dominant cat.
So here's hoping.

LOL.I have 12 of my own for now.

I have the foster in the house and the neighbor's male cat(recovering from neuter from yesterday)and did have the neighbor's 2 females in here recovering from spay from last week.I took their stitches out this morning and sent them home.LOL.

Everybody keeps asking me what Mike is saying about me bringing all these cats in the house and I tell them he gave up saying anything a loooooong time ago.LOL.
