Hey, Everyone!
I know it's been a long time since I've checked in on TCS, but wanted to let all of you know that I miss you! It's been great staying in touch with so many folks on FB.
Life has been pretty crazy with work and, of course, cats!
I'm very involved with the rescue group (Ohio Alleycat Resource) that helped me with the feral colony I became involved with nearly 8 years ago (as a result of a thread on TCS). I'm currently serving as the adoption coordinator and, as those of you on FB know, I foster A LOT of kittens. FUN!
I thought of TCS yesterday when I received an update on Danny Boy (some long time TCS members will remember him). Danny wandered into my colony in mid-February 2010, literally caked with ice and battling a severe URI. He also tested positive for FIV. I received so much support, prayers and those infamous TCS vibes for Danny, and he was adopted a few months later. He's still doing well, and, according to his adopter, is as sweet as ever.
My own kitties, Gracie, 16, Pete and Claire, 10, and Louie, 7, are also happy healthy. I have so much to be grateful for.
Please know that while my time on TCS may very limited that all of you and your kitties remain close to my heart. Love you guys!
