Hi all, I'm just looking for a little advice, I have a one year old kitty who I suspect is pregnant, she was last on heat around 4-5 weeks ago I went away for a few days and when I got back she looked rather big! There was little speculation before hand to whether she was pregnant or not. Over the past week she has become very very lazy gone off food a little and her stomach has grown a lot, she let me feel around her tummy gently today and I could feel what felt like little kicks her stomachs quite hard and round I'm still wondering if she is pregnant although I'm 90% sure, I was just wondering does anybody have a rough idea of how far gone she may be by what I've said, any idvice welcome :) oh and I'm also obsessing the worry of problems during labour x

With my experience she is anywhere between 6 to 8 weeks pregnant. My queen gave birth about 10 or so days after i felt/ saw her kits moving in her belly. Are her nipples pink? My queen also stopped eating as much at this time, but she started eating a lot again right before she gave birth.

You are giving us some mixed signals. Her last heat was 4-5 weeks ago, a cat will not go in heat when she's pregnant. So that would mean she can't be pregnant more than 4-5 weeks. However, you said that when you returned home 4-5 weeks ago, she looked bigger. Cat's don't show until they are around 4-5 weeks pregnant. Then you also said you could feel the kittens kick today. You usually start noticing this around 7 weeks, give or take a couple of days. But since her heat was 4-5 weeks ago, that would be impossible.

Guess that leaves one question. Are you absolutely sure she was in heat 4-5 weeks ago?
