A Salvation Army bell-ringer, with cerebral palsy, had her kettle snatched, outside of a Walgreen's. She tried to hang onto the kettle but, was no match for the thief. As the thief ran away, he blundered into traffic and was hit by a car. After a quick trip to the ER, he is now cooling his heels in the Pima County Jail. The kettle contained about $53.00. D'you suppose that he thinks it was worth it?
