Bump in between cats eyes.

I'm not exactly sure what's wrong, if anything, with my cat. She's two years old and will be three in August. This isn't the first time she's had a huge bump on her nose but every time it's there I get worried. 
The bump doesn't seem to bother her unless I try touching it. Also her eyes water a lot but she gets upper respiratory infections a lot. Please help, I don't know what to do. 

I have not had personal experience with something like this but I seen something very similar on a vet show that used to be on Animal Planet, this was a number of years ago.  This kitty had a sinus issue where the sinuses wouldn't drain the way they were supposed to.  They finally did surgery to permanently fix the problem.  Has a vet seen her when she has this swelling?
