Take her to the vet, she'll need help giving birth. They will probably give her some shot that'll start the contractions and keep an eye on her. Because the kittens are now 70 days old they grew a lot and it's possible (read possible) she can't give birth to them herself (On a natural way). There isn't much that you can do, neither do you need to worry. This happens sometime, it'll be okay :)

Well, pregnancy confirmed haha. That's a pretty clear nipple there!

She's not that small, I think. You probably know best because you know how she usually looks, but I can surely see some kind of belly! I wouldn't be surprised if there'd be 3 in there :)

Let us know how the vet visit went, if you manage to get there before she goes into labor (You never know, she might start today/tonight!)

Could be, yes! :) Is she breathing more heavy? Or you can feel her tummy for a while. If it gets hard, then soft again, then hard again she is having pre-contractions. But it does sound like it. Good luck if she is going into labor!

OK, it seems as beginning. Precontractions at least.

What you must look up with, is if she goes into full labor, but without results. In that case you must contact your vet - and probably rush in to the vet.

Im writing this because there is some possibility her kittens are bigger now than usual. - On the other side, cats seems to manage a little too long preg better than humans.  While kittens manage badly premature deliveries - worse than human babies.

OK, what is a too long  delivery?  Difficult to say, but cats deliveries are typically shorter than humans. 8 hours of active labor for first kitten?

The labor for following kittens should be even shorter - 30-40 minutes of active labor and time to contact the vet.

If she happens to have a pause, between deliveries, without  contractions, no visible problems, everything seems OK, you can wait and see, such happens.

Let us know how it goes tomorrow. From what you said it does sound like she's in labor, but that it's not "active" labor. It's possible that the kittens are too big and she needs help delivering them. But I'm not a vet neither have I seen her, so I can't tell for sure of course. I hope tomorrow (Or maybe tonight? ;) ) you'll have your kittens all healthy and the mom all fine! I'll think about her! :)

Good :) Lots of luck to you!

Also, please make sure to keep a good eye on her, just in case the kitten is too big and can't be born naturally. If it's stuck for too long in the birthing canal it will die and can cause problems to the mother and other still unborn kittens. I'm surpriced the vet just send you home despite the mom being longer than 70 days..

Wow!  Any problems with the delivery?   Her weigh?   (you can let the kitten dry off first but may weigh soon enough)

Good luck with the rest!
