I have no idea. L-Lysine is for cats with feline herpes.  I would contact a vet or a homeopathic vet if you don't get a good answer here.

Don't quote me on this but I think you should be fine. L-lysine is great for RTI (or colds) especially if they are stress colds. Same with respo k. I think your cat probably has a sniffle. IMO lysine works way better but you can safely try both.

I Have another question.Can i add sinu rite with the respo-k and lysine ? And any suggestions on how to keep a stubborn cat inside out of the cold.He starts getting better when he's in the house all day and he refuses to use his litter box anymore,.And if you don't let him out you want get any sleep because he makes noises all night.

As far as the sinu rite, you really should be contacting a vet, either holistic or regular to get answers on this. We don't know your cat and their issues and they would really be able to give you the best answer.
