I had took in cat last year and found she was pregger, she had 5 healthy kittens, they all got homed. The lady that had xstrays kitten stripey gave her back to me 4 weeks ago, but i really think she is preg. They lady didnt het her fixed and said she let her out. So the least she could be is 4 weeks, i see movement n twitches, but her nips not big just little pink dots

Well its hard to say, but likely if she isn't fixed and was let out then she very well could be pregnant. You can either take her in to be spayed now and she won't have babies, or else prepare for incoming kittens! Ideally a vet visit would be best to find out for sure. Then you can load up on kitten food and save up money to care for the new little family. Good luck!
