Hi from me and Sparky

Hi, I'm Jen. Have just joined and wanted to introduce Sparky. We adopted her just under two weeks ago from Cats Protection. She is 8 and a lovely lap cat.


She is very nervous and runs and hides a lot. I am told this is normal but it does make me worry about her. I have one feliway plug in the front room but wondering if I should get more?

Welcome to The Cat Site. Sparky looks like a sweet girl. One Feliway diffuser is enough for an average sized house, as long as the windows are kept shut. Have you tried Calming Collars?

I hope she settles in soon.

 

Aw, what a sweet-looking girl.  So good of you to take in an older kitty, too.  Welcome to TCS!  

She has settled a lot more now. Think the long weekend my dh and I had helped as she saw us more.
