Beside sleeping, they like to watch other animals: cats, squirrels, birds, insects, etc.

Our cats are hunters, too, during certain times of the year.  One of our cats caught a snake yesterday.

My cat is a siamese  mix and her favorite things depend on the time of day and season!  When I am getting ready for work, she loves to bring toys to me so that I can throw them for her.  During the day she does a lot of bird watching from her window perch and I love the noises she makes when they come to feed.  When I come home, her favorite thing is to be sitting in the window when I drive in, waits for me to wave to her, then is at the door when I come in and she falls to the ground for me to pet her!

At night, it is more time for bringing toys to me until we go to bed.  Then she loves to sleep right by my hip all night.!

During the warm weather, her favorite is to get the leash on and see the sights outside.

my cat is fast, it amazing how quick she is, one second she would be sitting in the yard listening for prey, then one second later she caught something that at 5 yards away  she once climb a tree and caught a squirrel and carried it down. during winter she would rather rely on me to provide. i don't see how she haven't got bitten yet since she is small

Bailey (border collie) loves to nap. She will be 13 this year so she's entitled. Her new favorite hangout spot is by the door to Henry's safe room. She wants in there soooo bad

Lilith also loves to nap but she also loves to play in her tree, cuddle with me and play with her sister, Sophie. They chase each other, stalk each other and occasionally wrestle.

Sophie loves to nap (notice a pattern?
), play with Lilith and hang out on the TV stand behind the 55" flat screen. We call that area her fortress of solitude.

Henry relaxes in his safe room. I put a large cardboard box in there that is on its side to make a little cave. I put a nice, soft bed in there. He hides BEHIND the nice, soft bed.
All in good time. He has a tree in his room by the window that I think he uses while I am at work. I have never seen him on it but there is cat hair on it and the other 2 have not been in the room since I put it up. My new mantra: all in good time

Aside from eating, Mogli loves to play computer games, so much so that I have to hide the tablet and Kindle as well as limit him to 5-minute sessions. His other favorite activities are chewing cardboard boxes and batting, catching or chasing toy mice.

Their favourite thing to do is charge all over the house jumping on each other. If the weather is nice they spend a lot of time outdoors climbing trees. There are a couple of big old pine trees in their enclosure and they shimmy up them like little bear cubs.

I don't let them near the computer, they've already broken one and I need this one for work.

Hunting, I imagine!

Or, besides hunting, maybe going skittish or sitting around ignoring everything.

Other than sleeping Mouse likes to chew paper and card, watch birds from his cat tree, wait long, long periods of time for mice to not come out from under the washing machine, and to chase after his treat snacks and biscuits.  Oh yes, and climb up in my arms for cuddles, roll on his back look cute and wait for cuddles, and jump up on the bed to give me nice pawsages.

Yes, my cat also likes insects, especially in the summer when I take her for a night time walk and she spots the moths that are flocking to the porchlight!  She will eat them faster than I can stop her!

I forgot another thing they like: the laser pointer. They even recognize the sound when I take it out of the desk drawer where I keep it, and come running. As soon as they see it in my hand, they start looking around for the "dot" on the floor. :happy3:

Caboose who is over 20 pounds, love to play with Snoopy who is around 8 pounds.  They are both a ball of fur so its fun watching them roll around through the living room.

Caboose also loves to tear apart wads of paper.  Doesn't eat the paper, just rips it up.

He also loves to play with the wand toys.  Anything long and dangly.  He gets so excited he's huffing, snorting and growling.

He also loves chasing shadows.  So funny.

Snoopy likes playing with the plastic milk bottle seals.  Carries them around and chases them all over the house.

Loves the laser light, as does Caboose.

Those two cats belong to my son and daughter.

My cat, Cookie, is much smaller (around 6 pounds) and is almost 13 years old.  But she still gets the crazies.

She doesn't like the other two cats much.  Maybe because they are so big and could hurt her.  But sometimes she'll chase after one of them.

Being older, he favorite thing to do is sleep.

And they all love honeysuckle toys.

Below is a picture of my adult daughter holding them to show their size differences.
My favorite thing to do is to snuggle with which ever one is in the mood.
